OVERVIEW


Henry has more than 25 years of leadership, strategic, financial and operational experience primarily in publishing, and in professional services and home health. Henry is currently the Chief Executive Officer for Taylor Law. Henry is responsible for the day-to-day leadership across the firm. He is also a member of the company’s executive team.

Henry spent most of his career in Publishing, across the U.S., with top tier companies like Knight Ridder, McClatchy, and Hearst. The first half in top financial roles and the second half in general management as President and Publisher with P&L responsibility for business units with $20m to $90m in revenue and 150 to 500+ employees and over 500 contractors including two top 75 markets. During Knight Ridder’s exploration of strategic alternatives, he led their industry benchmarking analysis given his volunteer role as Chairman of the Inland Press Association’s National Cost and Revenue Committee which oversaw the industry’s most widely used source of financial and statistical information used by most of the industry, financial institutions and business brokers.

Post publishing, he pivoted to leadership roles in insurance and home health where he started a franchise territory from scratch as an owner / operator. Henry was accepted and attended the Leadership in Law Firms Executive Education Program at Harvard Law School.
